Job summary

McKesson is seeking a driver associate for local routes, home daily, and building client relationships face-to-face while delivering essential healthcare products.

The role offers Monday to Friday hours, starting at 5:30am until completion, with a $21.49/hour wage and incentive pay up to 10% plus an additional 6% stretch. Comprehensive wellbeing and medical benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current valid US Driver’s License required.
• Safe driving history required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal skills expected.
• Problem resolution skills required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Sits/stands for 3+ hours regularly.
• DOT physical requirements must be met.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

• Ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and product dispatch.
• Operate power industrial equipment after on-the-job certification.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday to Friday, 5:30am to completion.
• $21.49/hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk!

Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

• Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
• Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT
• 1-2 years of experience

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
