Job summary

McKesson's Distribution Center in California is seeking dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This role offers local routes, home daily, and a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM.

You can earn $23.71 per hour with incentive programs that pay up to 10% extra for meeting goals, plus additional stretch opportunities for another 6%. Overtime may apply and is paid beyond scheduled time.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid US Driver's License.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently sit for 3 or more hours.
• Frequently stand for 3 or more hours.

Responsibilities

• Local routes, home daily – weekends off.
• Move efficiently to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
• Participate in wellbeing programs and training to certify on equipment and processes.
