Job summary

McKesson in California is seeking driver associates for Local Routes, home daily, to build client relationships and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.

Shifts start 4am–5am; pay is $23.84/hour with up to 16% incentive pay. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and educational assistance. Overtime may apply and schedules are shared two weeks in advance.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday - Friday, start time between 4am and 5am.

• $23.84/hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

• Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
