Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic and motivated driver associates for our Distribution Center. Local routes, home daily, with weekends off, and a salary of $19.90/hour plus incentive pay up to 10% with an additional 6% stretch opportunities.

You’ll receive on‑the‑job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment and advanced automation. Benefits include comprehensive programs and a wellbeing focus for employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequent sitting/standing for 3+ hours.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday to Friday, 6am to completion.
• $19.90/hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
