Job summary

McKesson is seeking driver associates for local routes with home daily schedules. Starting pay is $21.49/hour with incentive potential and overtime opportunities.

The role emphasizes efficient, accurate order fulfillment and strong customer relationships as part of a dynamic distribution team. You will receive on-the-job training, grow within a health-focused culture, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock purchase, and education

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid US Driver’s License.
• Maintain a safe driving history for employment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Strong problem resolution abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequent sitting/standing for 3+ hours.
• Must meet DOT physical requirements.
• 1–2 years of driving/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Local routes - home daily and weekends protected.
• Move efficiently to keep orders shipping quickly and accurately.
• On-the-job training for equipment operation and automation.
• Support a safe and productive work environment and adhere to company policies.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available:

• Monday to Friday, 5:30am to completion.

• $21.49/hour
