Job summary

Northeastern Supply, Inc. is seeking a Driver Associate to join our Distribution team in Winchester, VA. You will help ensure complete, accurate, and on-time orders while upholding DOT regulations and safety standards.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years of distribution or driving experience, a valid license, and strong customer service. You will load, deliver, and document orders, then collaborate with branches to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of distribution or driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform frequent truck activity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck for operation by loading, securing items, and verifying shipping papers.
• Deliver orders via the most effective route to meet time frames and customer needs.
• Document delivery, accuracy, and receipt of orders; report discrepancies to the company.
• Maintain communication with the company during deliveries to receive updated instructions.
