Northeastern Supply Inc. is seeking a Driver Associate for the Martinsburg, WV branch. This full-time role supports the distribution team by delivering accurate, on-time orders and maintaining professional, compliant operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of distribution or driving experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and strong customer service skills. Lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions while upholding safety standards.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform climbs on/off truck.

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck for operation with loading, securing items and verifying shipping papers.
• Deliver orders via the best route to meet time frames and customer needs.
• Document delivery accuracy and receipt with company reporting requirements.
• Maintain communication during deliveries for updated instructions.
• Uphold safe driving records and comply with DOT and safety regulations.
• Inspect tires, lights, brakes, fluids and perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Maintain driving and safety documents for security and quality processes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Perform occasional warehouse and counter duties to support the team.
• Follow all policies, safety initiatives and Employee Handbook rules.
