Paycom is seeking a Driver Associate to join the Distribution team. You will deliver accurate orders on time, assist with loading and securing shipments, and maintain compliance with safety and DOT regulations. You may operate forklifts and support warehouse tasks as needed.

The role requires a clean MVR, a valid driver’s license, and 1–2 years of experience. Benefits after 45 days include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of work experience preferred, distribution or driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform climbs in/out of trucks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders via efficient routes to meet timeframes and customer needs.
• Prepare truck for operation; load, secure items and verify shipping papers.
• Document deliveries and receipts; report discrepancies.
• Maintain safety and comply with DOT and safety regulations.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as required.
• Support team with warehouse and counter duties.
