Northeastern Supply, Inc. in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Driver Associate to join our distribution team. You will deliver complete, accurate, and on-time orders while representing the company professionally and in full compliance with DOT and other regulations.

This full-time role demands a valid driver’s license, a clean MVR, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strong customer service. You’ll load and secure trucks, follow routes, document deliveries, and support warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of work experience; distribution or driving preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform frequent ascents/descents from the truck during deliveries.
• Ability to sit for extended periods; work in variable indoor/outdoor temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck for operation by assisting in and overseeing the loading of trucks, securing of items, and verifying the accuracy of shipping papers
• Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure complete orders are delivered according to established time frames and customer needs
• Document delivery, accuracy, and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directives; report any discrepancies to the company
• Maintain communication with the company during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions are received
