Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated Team Supervisor / FedEx Business Contact in New Castle, DE to oversee daily FedEx delivery operations and drive performance, safety, and team culture. You’ll lead drivers, manage dispatch, and partner with FedEx leadership.

The role requires early mornings, extended days, or weekends, with schedule flexibility when possible and growth opportunities within a stable, expanding company. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Team Supervisor / FedEx Business Contact (BC) – New Castle, DE

Starting Salary: From $62,400 per year

Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on manager to oversee daily FedEx delivery operations. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture.

As a Team Supervisor / FedEx Business Contact (BC), you will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You’ll be present in the terminal, leading drivers, managing dispatch, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership.

This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement. In return, you gain schedule flexibility when operations allow and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company.

What You’ll Lead
