Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) Dayton is seeking a Supervisor, Delivery NFS to lead a team responsible for efficient delivery and merchandising of company products while meeting distribution objectives. The role will onboard new teammates, respond to customer issues, optimize route efficiency, and ensure safety and compliance.

The supervisor will guide a team of merchandisers, conduct RED rides, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve staffing, training, and performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Minimum 12 months of work experience preferred
• Class A CDL required or obtainable per role

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to meet company goals and deadlines
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new teammates
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in delivery and merchandising
• Ensure safety, cash handling, time-card and fuel card procedures are followed
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams to optimize routes and service quality
