Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee product delivery and driver teams across a defined territory. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries in line with policy and customer expectations while coaching staff for efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 4+ years in consumer products/DSD, including 2+ years supervising staff. A Class A CDL is required, and weekend/holiday work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• 2+ years' experience supervising delivery staff in distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT/state regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution team ensuring proper delivery according to planned volume and policies.
• Train, develop and evaluate drivers to efficiently deliver and merchandise product.
• Communicate daily with the delivery team to build visibility and trust.
• Coordinate with sales, fleet, warehouse, and partners to optimize operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
