Job summary

WeBox, the leading intelligent marketplace for personalized group orders, seeks a proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator in Sunnyvale to ensure seamless delivery operations, optimize routes, support drivers, and maintain food safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of delivery or logistics experience, strong communication, and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. You will collaborate cross-functionally to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of delivery platform or logistics experience.
• Team-oriented, responsive, organized with strong communication.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and PM tools.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Restaurant supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Route & process optimization to streamline delivery and sorting.
• Train and assist drivers with the Driver App and printers.
• Provide on-site support for corporate clients and daily operations.
• Conduct inventory management and daily audits; track materials.
• Assist with recruiting and training for sorting and driver workforce.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support operational needs.
