Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation experience.
• CDL license preferred.
• Experience managing a company-owned fleet and maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of CDL and Non CDL delivery drivers.
