Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our vehicle fleet. You will drive KPIs, manage budget adherence, and cultivate strong customer relationships through strategic route planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years in management, or a High School Diploma with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years in management. Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment
• This role will manage key operating performance indicators including offload rates as well as managing performance to budget and meeting financial goals
• You will establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing oversight to route planning to meet customer needs
• This role will also need to partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
• The Delivery Manager will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety
• Other duties as assigned
