Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–4+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling including driver schedules, routes and on-time deliveries.
• Foster an environment that promotes employee engagement and a culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
• Monitor driver performance, analyze KPIs and address performance gaps to meet department targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards (DOT, OSHA) through safety audits and adherence monitoring.
• Coordinate daily routes to balance delivery schedules, customer demands, service hours and workload.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication to improve delivery efficiency.
