Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day delivery operation to ensure high and effective delivery outcomes.
• Lead and guide delivery team to support operation and achieve KPIs.
• Coordinate with other functions for effective job completion.
• Implement delivery plans and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain records of orders, suppliers, and customers for accurate COD collection.
• Develop payment procedures to ensure correct goods delivery.
• Implement ISO policies ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 2200:2005.
