Responsibilities

• Routes and coordinates home medical equipment deliveries and pickups to minimize overtime.
• Serve as primary contact for delivery associates; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Analyze operations and suggest improvements to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead projects affecting delivery operations and participate in new associate orientation.
• Perform deliveries, pickups, and equipment exchanges; provide patient instruction.
