Qualifications

• Three years' experience in related area.
• MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, able to work solo or in a team.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively aide in managing the delivery operations team.
• Responsible for DOT compliance, including safety requirements and drug screening.
• Oversee verification and processing of daily delivery driver invoices and related paperwork.
• Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and build relationships.
• Foster collaboration with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service.
• Administer workers' compensation, incentive and safety programs.
• Handle beverage alcohol products.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
