Job summary

Empire Auto Parts is a leading provider of aftermarket collision auto parts, delivering to independent body shops and dealer-operated shops across multiple states. We are seeking a Delivery Driver Supervisor to oversee a team of drivers, ensure on-time deliveries, and uphold safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in delivery operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to optimize routes

Qualifications

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers and leads.
• Develop and implement delivery schedules and routes.
• Maintain records of driver logs, mileage, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service for timely orders.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee payroll activities including PTO approvals.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal transport rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations and route execution.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to drivers.
• Address delays, issues, and customer complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate driver records and payroll submissions.
