Qualifications

• Interest in Logistics, Operations, or Delivery leadership.
• Willingness to relocate for future opportunities within Delivery leadership.
• Desire to pursue a career in frontline operations, Supply Chain, or Delivery management after graduation.
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a high-impact 10-week internship project focused on Supply Chain and Delivery operations.
• Gain exposure to PepsiCo leaders through our Executive Speaker Series and networking events.
• Spend approximately 70% of time in the field, partnering with frontline Delivery leaders and drivers.
• Work across distribution centers, customer locations, and delivery routes to understand end-to-end operations.
• Assist Delivery operations with early morning shifts, weekends, and occasional overnights as needed.
• Develop adaptability to changing priorities and regulatory requirements, including DOT standards.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Warehouse, Sales, Safety, Fleet, and Customer teams to drive operational excellence.
