Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience in field operations, work on a high-impact 10-week project, and engage with PepsiCo leaders through events and networking opportunities. You will split time between the field and distribution centers while learning end-to-end delivery processes, safety standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in frontline operations and delivery management

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-week internship project focused on Supply Chain and Delivery operations
• Participate in Executive Speaker Series and networking events
• Spend ~70% of time in the field with frontline Delivery leaders
• Collaborate across distribution centers, customer locations, and routes
• Support early morning, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts as needed
• Build knowledge of DOT standards, safety, and compliance
