You will contribute to meaningful projects that impact the business while learning from PepsiCo leaders through the Executive Speaker Series and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll spend most mornings in the field with delivery teams, helping to understand day-to-day operations, schedules, and end-to-end logistics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Management or related field.
• Strong interest in Logistics, Operations, or Delivery leadership and ability to lead frontline teams.
• Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities in Delivery leadership.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to work in field-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a high-impact 10-week internship project focused on Supply Chain and Delivery operations.
• Engage with PepsiCo leaders through Executive Speaker Series and networking events.
• Spend ~70% of time in the field with frontline Delivery leaders and drivers.
• Work across distribution centers, customer locations, and delivery routes to gain end-to-end experience.
• Support Delivery operations during early morning shifts (3:00 AM), weekends, and occasional overnights when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and compliance.
