Job summary

Atlas World Group, Inc. is seeking a Location Manager for its TopHAT division in Indiana. The role oversees in-home delivery contractor teams, daily routing, and performance reporting.

The position carries 40 hours per week with a 6:00am–2:00pm Tue–Sat schedule and potential overtime during peak seasons. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ logistics experience, an associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field; Bachelor's degree considered a plus.
• 2–4 years of job-related experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routing daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Dispatching 5+ in-home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Completing weekly billing and claims forms and submitting through NetSuite.
• P&L budgeting responsibility and performance reporting.
• Recruit and maintain a roster of independent contract carrier delivery teams.
• Daily stand-up chats with teams before load out.
• Daily supervision of load out to ensure product quality assurance.
• Local ride-alongs to ensure customer satisfaction by carriers.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections and safety measures are met.
• Build relationships with customers, clients, and staff to improve operations.
