Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions in the United States seeks a Location Manager to oversee daily operations of in-home delivery contract carrier teams, coordinating with the TopHAT corporate office to reach long-term goals. You will route daily schedules, supervise dispatch, and ensure service quality.

The role requires a degree with 2–4 years in logistics, strong communication, and NetSuite experience; full-time hours are 6:00am–2:00pm Tue–Sat, with possible overtime in peak season.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, P&L, and DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, clients, and external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Route daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Dispatch 5+ in-home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Prepare weekly billing and claims forms in NetSuite.
• P&L budgeting responsibilities.
• Collect and assess operational data and performance reports.
• Recruit and maintain a roster of high-performing independent contractor carriers.
• Daily stand-up chats with teams before load out.
• Ensure daily truck inspections and safety measures are met.
