• 2–3 years of delivery platform experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Route and process optimization support.
• Train and assist drivers with Driver App and printers.
• Onsite corporate support and daily operations.
• Inventory management and daily audits.
• Support recruiting and training for sorting and driver teams.
• Quality assurance and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
• Handle additional duties as needed.
