Job summary

Fencing Supply Group is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate product deliveries, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery. You will serve as the main link between Sales, Operations, Drivers, Yard Staff, and Customers, managing schedules, resources, and documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting overall delivery operations in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and business software systems.
Able to work effectively with customers, drivers, sales personnel and operations staff.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate deliveries based on order requirements, locations, and priorities.
Assign drivers, vehicles, and equipment for scheduled deliveries.
Optimize delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and service.
Maintain delivery calendars and update drivers, pack-builders, and invoices.
Coordinate additional deliveries, transfers, pickups, or special requests with Sales and Operations.
