Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Full-Service Delivery Merchandiser (Non CDL) to deliver and merchandise our products to customer locations on designated routes. The role emphasizes reliable service, brand presentation, and strong customer rapport on every account.

Daily duties include operating a handheld device, maintaining vending equipment, adjusting displays for space-to-sales, and accurate cash/transaction processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and DOT certification required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Regular, punctual attendance as an essential function.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and merchandise Coca-Cola products to customer locations on designated routes.
• Service all scheduled vending machines and maintain proper brands.
• Use handheld computer to record sales and money collected.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Complete end-of-day settlements and paperwork.
