Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser for our Direct Store Delivery system. You will deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts, stocking shelves, displays and coolers, while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires physical work, excellent customer service, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Weekend and holiday availability is expected; prior delivery/merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail route
• Demonstrates integrity and reliability with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate in a retail delivery environment
• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience in route delivery or merchandising is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts to standards
• Organize and maintain back room inventory
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and product in accounts
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide customer service
• Maintain safe working environment and quality standards
• Account for product, cash, and assets daily
• Perform other duties as assigned
