Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL to deliver, rotate and merchandise in stores in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the Sales Supervisor to maintain displays, stock and customer relations while adhering to DOT rules and safety standards.

The role requires a Class A CDL, 21+ years old, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A strong safety focus and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License required and required to maintain UNITEd fleet policy
• Must meet DOT physical requirements
• PPE as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Clean, neat professional appearance per company guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly in fast-paced environment
• HS diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets
• Merchandise product inside outlets to company standards
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to execute the plan for success
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Provide feedback to leadership on threats and opportunities
• Set up merchandise and promotional displays
• Maintain/rotate stock and organized backstock
• Comply with DOT driving rules
• Deliver, rotate and merchandise on shelves and cold equipment
