Job summary

Viseven Group, a leading global B2B MarTech service provider for Pharma and Life Sciences, is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our extended delivery network. You will lead delivery across portfolios, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive value through disciplined project execution.

You will identify opportunities for the sales team, scope requests, manage budgets and risks, and ensure client satisfaction while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager or in similar roles (Portfolio/Program Manager, Product Owner, or Project Management).
• Strong communication skills and a sales-minded approach.
• Experience with Jira, MS Office and CRMs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on project needs.
• Ability to scope, analyze, and manage projects end-to-end and understand business policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.
• Perform initial scoping, and analyse incoming requests for completeness for production using standard tech task processes.
• Evaluate incoming requests and identify key technical objectives with solution recommendations.
• Manage client project portfolio including budgeting, resources planning, risk management and project execution.
• Coordinate resources, onboard project teams and ensure timely milestones while controlling scope and changes.
• Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction.
• Handle changes to project scope, schedule and costs; perform risk and priority management.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer.
• Grow and develop customer channels and gather feedback on delivery service quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team.

• Coordinate resources, onboard project teams and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer process
• Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction
• Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager, Portfolio/Program Manager, Product Owner or Project Management
• Strong communication skills
• Good sales skill set and mindset
• Quick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects
• Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problems
• Experience in managing/coordinating projects from proposal to closure Understanding the business policies and procedures
• Technical background
• Experience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs
• Flexibility and readiness to participate in business trips, including domestic and international travel, based on project and business needs.
