Job summary

BairesDev, a leader in technology projects, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to guide distributed teams in applying Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies. You will remove impediments, coach teams, and align delivery with business goals in a fully remote setup. You have 3+ years as a Scrum Master, experience with Agile tools, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Experience with Agile project management tools.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Understanding of software development processes and lifecycles.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity and sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and self-organization.
