Job summary

Data Capital Incorporation seeks an experienced Delivery Manager with Healthcare Payer domain expertise and hands-on TriZetto FACETS experience. You will lead end-to-end IT delivery portfolios, including app development, production support, AMS, maintenance, modernization, and managed services.

You will drive delivery governance, SLA oversight, budgeting, and executive reporting while engaging clients and leading cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with extensive delivery management.
• Experience leading large Healthcare Payer delivery portfolios.
• Hands-on with TriZetto FACETS and implementations.
• Experience with claims, membership, enrollment, billing, provider management and network management.
• Experience with application development, production support, AMS and managed services.
• Proven multi-million-dollar programs and distributed teams.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise and hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale IT delivery portfolios, including application development, production support, maintenance, modernization, and managed services.

This role requires strong leadership in delivery governance, SLA management, financial oversight, client engagement, and cross-functional team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Healthcare Payer and FACETS programs.
• Manage application development, production support, AMS, maintenance, and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee FACETS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage SLA-driven and outcome-based delivery engagements, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Handle portfolio budgeting, resource allocation, capacity planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• Establish KPIs, delivery governance, executive reporting, and continuous improvement processes.
• Lead large onshore/offshore delivery teams and manage client stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including extensive delivery management experience.
• Strong experience managing large-scale Healthcare Payer delivery portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS and its implementations, upgrades, or support programs.
• Strong understanding of Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Billing, Provider Management, and Network Management.
• Experience managing Application Development, Production Support, AMS, and Managed Services.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar programs, budgets, SLAs, and distributed teams.
• Strong client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or ITIL certifications.
• Healthcare modernization and digital transformation experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
