Data Capital Incorporation seeks an experienced Delivery Manager with Healthcare Payer domain expertise and hands-on TriZetto FACETS experience. You will lead end-to-end IT delivery portfolios, including app development, production support, AMS, maintenance, modernization, and managed services.

You will drive delivery governance, SLA oversight, budgeting, and executive reporting while engaging clients and leading cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.

Formación

• 15+ years of IT experience with extensive delivery management.
• Experience leading large Healthcare Payer delivery portfolios.
• Hands-on with TriZetto FACETS and implementations.
• Experience with claims, membership, enrollment, billing, provider management and network management.
• Experience with application development, production support, AMS and managed services.
• Proven multi-million-dollar programs and distributed teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large Healthcare Payer and FACETS programs.
• Manage development, production support, AMS, maintenance and modernization.
• Oversee FACETS implementations, upgrades and integrations.
• Manage SLA-driven, outcome-based delivery with quality outcomes.
• Handle portfolio budgeting, resource allocation, forecasting and financial management.
• Establish KPIs, governance, executive reporting and continuous improvement.
• Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams and manage client stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks and drive operational excellence.
