Job summary

UST is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with deep Healthcare Payer expertise and strong TriZetto FACETS experience to lead large-scale delivery portfolios across development, production support, maintenance, modernization, and managed services.

You will own end-to-end delivery accountability, drive governance, KPI reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement across onshore, offshore, and vendor teams to ensure value delivery and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

15+ years of IT industry experience.
Extensive experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios in Healthcare Payer organizations.
Proven experience leading development, maintenance, production support, and managed services engagements.
Experience leading distributed teams across locations/time zones.
Strong client relationships and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large Healthcare Payer delivery portfolios spanning development, maintenance, production support and operations.
Own end-to-end delivery accountability against objectives and contractual obligations.
Drive portfolio planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
Establish governance, KPIs, and executive reporting across multiple streams.
Build relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
