Location: St. Louis, MO; Morris Plains, NJ; Bloomington, MN

Onsite Expectations: As needed for now, potential for up to 3 days/week onsite

Contract Expectations: Contract through end of 2025 with potential for extension

As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and driving cross-technical product initiatives through the deliver phase of large-scale IT programs. You will manage and coordinate program epics, working across multiple project teams to ensure successful execution aligned with business priorities. This role requires strong leadership in planning, reporting, risk mitigation, and communication with stakeholders including TPOs, BPOs, Engineers, and Scrum Masters. You’ll oversee initiative-level governance, facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and drive status updates while working across business and IT functions to ensure transparency and delivery excellence. Experience with regulatory portfolios and strong skills in agile environments are key to success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing large-scale IT initiatives and cross-functional teams

• Strong expertise in project and program delivery within Agile frameworks

• Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, risk management, and scheduling

• Proficient in project tracking/reporting tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven IT projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with BPO organizations and enterprise product ownership structures

• Knowledge of release management processes and dependency resolution

Responsibilities:

• Direct and plan the delivery of program epics across one or more project teams

• Facilitate initiative-level meetings and align stakeholders across IT and business units

• Define and maintain release schedules, dependencies, and resource allocations

• Monitor process performance, conduct status meetings, and provide regular updates

• Ensure adherence to project documentation standards and delivery governance
