Overview:
Our Delivery team is seeking a Delivery Manager to help drive excellence in execution across our technology organization. Reporting to the Director of Software Delivery, you will play a key role in guiding cross-functional product and project teams, applying delivery standards and best practices to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will help teams operate more effectively, stay aligned with strategic goals, and continuously improve how we plan, build, and deliver software.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the regular delivery of software products and projects across the full lifecycle of a feature or set of features, guiding teams in the application of Lineage’s standard processes, tools, and frameworks
- Drive team accountability and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Promote a collaborative, transparent, and solution-oriented team environment
Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and IT teams to align technical and business requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans
- Integrate inputs from multiple workstreams to build cohesive execution strategies with defined critical paths, dependencies, and milestones
- Facilitate and enhance team participation in release planning and cross-team coordination forums—helping teams prepare effectively, surface dependencies, and translate planning into delivery
- Adapt plans throughout project lifecycles to accommodate new requirements and proactively mitigate risks
- Monitor team performance and actively remove blockers
- Lead regular check-ins and working sessions to maintain alignment, accountability, and delivery momentum
- Orchestrate software deployments by coordinating across development, DevOps, and QA teams
- Measure and communicate delivery impact, ensuring execution contributes meaningfully to product and business outcomes
- Deliver clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Champion continuous improvement efforts based on team feedback, observed patterns, and delivery outcomes
- Act decisively to improve project execution and organizational processes
- Travel domestically and occasionally internationally to support on-site events, coordination, and alignment
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager, delivery lead, or program manager within cross-functional technology environments
- Deep understanding of project, program, and change management methodologies, with proven ability to apply them effectively
- Demonstrated success leading teams through complex delivery cycles—driving accountability and resolving blockers
- Strong technical background with a solid grasp of product and software development processes
- Ability to assess technical feasibility, manage dependencies, and plan or adjust delivery timelines in collaboration with engineering teams
- Highly structured and detail-oriented, with the flexibility to adjust plans while maintaining focus on outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams; excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer
- Skilled at synthesizing inputs across workstreams and aligning stakeholders around key priorities and milestones
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments—bringing needed structure and forward momentum
- Passionate about continuous improvement and committed to evolving how teams work together efficiently and effectively
- Professional Program Management certification(s) preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred
