Job summary

Waystar is seeking a Delivery Manager in Atlanta to lead end-to-end technology deliveries, collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering. You will drive agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure timely, high-quality releases while maintaining clear updates for senior leadership.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, a strategic mindset, and a willingness to travel. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.

• Support teams in refining and maintaining product backlogs.

• Integrate emerging technologies into delivery processes.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Job Description Summary As a Delivery Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of modern technology initiatives - owning the full lifecycle from planning through launch. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Operations, and Application Engineering to shape objectives, orchestrate seamless releases, and ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality. In this role, you'll keep complex initiatives moving with clarity and confidence, aligning resources, removing obstacles, and providing transparent, meaningful updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
