Job summary

Applied Innovation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, coordinating deliveries, equipment moves, copier pickups, driver scheduling, and related invoicing and documentation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support scheduling, customer service, and cross-department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in logistics, dispatching, or related field preferred.
• Experience with E Auto and OnBase is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer equipment deliveries and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate and invoice equipment moves and copier pickups across locations.
• Schedule, monitor, and track delivery orders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation related to deliveries, moves, and pickups.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and changes.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues and delays; support cross-department collaboration.
• Provide support to Logistics Manager and Distribution Center as needed.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance delivery coordination.
