Job summary

Thistle Health Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily on-site delivery operations from the hub.

You will act as the first contact for drivers, monitor routes, unload deliveries, and keep driver rosters up to date while ensuring accurate shift documentation. You should have 2+ years of dispatcher experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver license, and the ability to adapt to new tech platforms like Onfleet, G Suite, and Slack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a dispatcher or related role.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CA Food Handlers Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily on-site delivery operations from start to finish.
• Unload deliveries from trucks and/or cold storage.
• Route organization and staging; check-in drivers and distribute routes.
• Maintain driver roster and shift reports; assist with onboarding.
