Job summary

Nationwide’s Technology team seeks a Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end delivery, manage dependencies, and lead cross-functional collaboration across technology and business partners.

You will oversee budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships, ensuring secure software delivery and value realization in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Hybrid work with on-site two days weekly in multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in MIS, engineering, math, computer science or data analytics.
• Six+ years in technology; three years delivering outcomes/projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Drives the End to End delivery of expected business outcomes and benefits.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout delivery.
• Communicates status, issues and guidance to deliver business outcomes and change.
• Leading contract negotiations, SOW development and vendor oversight toward goals.
• Prioritizes deliverables and manages moderate to complex issues/risks.
• Delivers KPI-like status/health reports to track value delivery.
• Works with medium to large project/product financials.
• Mentors others on delivering outcomes, agile delivery and Lean.
