Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experienced in IT Service Management and ITIL.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership Management: lead and manage run/change services to deliver what we promised.
• Change Delivery Management: lead in-life service changes and cross-team collaboration.
• Business Management: support account strategy and present a united team to the customer.
• Contract Management: help develop and manage contract changes and forecasts.
• Relationship Management: maintain clear, constructive relationships with stakeholders.
