Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners, bidding tactics, and resources for complex projects.
• Plan and evaluate work using standard engineering or construction techniques and criteria.
• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives based on site experiences.
• Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
• Assess project risk and outline mitigation solutions; ensure PM policies and practices.
• Manage project costs and profitability; identify and communicate residual risk; monitor status and risks.
