A seasoned and strategic Delivery Leader to lead from the client site in Fort Mill, SC. The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, client partnership, digital transformation, platform modernization, operational excellence, and account growth across a large multi-shore delivery organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Wealth Management, Brokerage, Advisor Platforms, Investment Operations, and Digital Transformation, while serving as a trusted advisor to Client leadership and driving business outcomes through innovation, AI-led delivery, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Leadership & Governance

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across application development, maintenance, production support, platform engineering, quality engineering, data, and business operations.


• Lead a large delivery portfolio across onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams.


• Establish strong governance frameworks, executive dashboards, and operational reviews.


• Ensure delivery excellence against SLAs, KPIs, regulatory commitments, and client expectations.


• Drive risk management, issue resolution, compliance adherence, and business continuity.

2. Client Relationship & Executive Engagement

• Act as Coforge's senior onsite leader and primary interface for Client’s executives and business stakeholders.


• Build strong relationships across Technology, Wealth Management, Advisor Services, Operations, and Digital leadership.


• Position Coforge as a strategic transformation partner.


• Drive trusted-advisor relationships through business understanding and thought leadership.


• Identify opportunities for expansion across application modernization, cloud, data, AI, testing, and managed services.

3. Transformation & Innovation Leadership

• Drive modernization from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.


• Introduce AI-driven productivity solutions across development, testing, support, and operations.


• Establish automation-led operating models to improve delivery efficiency.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, and cost optimization.


• Partner with client leadership on strategic transformation roadmaps.

4. Multi-Shore Delivery Management

• Manage globally distributed teams across the United States, India, and other delivery centers.


• Drive collaboration between business, technology, architecture, and operations teams.


• Optimize delivery mix for quality, agility, client proximity, and financial performance.


• Ensure effective transition, knowledge management, and workforce scalability.


• Own account delivery financials, profitability, and operational efficiency.


• Drive margin improvement through automation, productivity initiatives, and delivery optimization.


• Support contract governance, renewals, SOW discussions, and commercial negotiations.


• Partner with account leadership to identify and pursue growth opportunities.


• Contribute to strategic account planning and long-term expansion.


• Lead and mentor a large team of delivery leaders, architects, engineers, analysts, and operations professionals.


• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer success.


• Drive succession planning, leadership development, and capability building.


• Improve employee engagement, retention, and workforce effectiveness.


• Foster a culture of continuous learning and AI-first delivery practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 20+ years of experience in IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Financial Services Delivery.


• Proven record managing large-scale strategic accounts and complex delivery portfolios.


• Experience working with leading Wealth Management, Brokerage, Asset Management, or Capital Markets clients.


• Strong track record of managing multi-shore teams and large transformation programs.


• Cloud transformation programs.
