Summary:

Under the general direction of the Director, the Delivery Lead acts as the key adviser for ensuring business readiness through program setup and implementation of processes and project execution. This role coordinates activities across internal and external points for client-specific projects. The Delivery Lead supports new business development and/or Operations by providing subject matter expertise on feasibility and usage. They execute high-quality, integrated cross-functional plans, applying best practices in project development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing. As a key client-facing contact, they must communicate effectively, oversee projections related to service offerings, and lead process improvement activities within their portfolio.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure business readiness when implementing new technology or processes.
2. Plan, monitor, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
3. Develop client-specific project plans, drive project milestones, ensure accountability, and remove obstacles across multiple projects.
4. Secure internal and external resources for project execution.
5. Define business requirements with operations for IT and DBI.
6. Monitor IT escalations and production support issues impacting business.
7. Oversee User Acceptance Testing, including planning, execution, and sign-off.
8. Partner with operations and account management for client communication, updates, and meetings.
9. Contribute to the development and improvement of tools and processes.
10. Mentor less experienced team members, leveraging broad experience for complex projects.
11. Understand how project decisions impact business metrics and strategy.
12. Provide clear communication to stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
13. Assess new tools and processes for project fit.
14. Adapt approaches as needed, demonstrating flexibility.
15. Implement creative ideas to improve business operations.
16. Adhere to policies, standards, governance, and metrics.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Project Management certification or training preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies, PMI preferred.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Proficiency with PMIS systems like Clarity and MS Project.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong client communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze project intersections, dependencies, and resources.
• Experience with reimbursement programs and database management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for data analysis and presentations.
