Job summary

Atomic Object invites a Delivery Lead to guide cross‑functional teams on client projects in a hybrid Grand Rapids setting. You’ll own product development processes, balance user needs with business goals, and ensure predictable delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management, experience leading design, development, and QA teams, and fluency with human‑centered design and agile practices. You’ll report to the Grand Rapids Managing Partners and shape project strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ year product management experience.
• Proven track record of internal/external product and project consulting.
• Experience across software product management approaches.
• Experience with human-centered design process and practices.
• Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Experience turning undocumented requirements into clear, actionable work.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Define and track product releases and milestones with client teams.
• Triage and prioritize bug reports and feature requests.
• Lead agile design, product, and project management practices across teams.
• Foster a healthy team culture and address blockers to progress.
• Communicate progress with weekly updates on burn rate and milestones.
