Job summary

Agile Tech Labs is seeking a Delivery Lead in Detroit, MI for a hybrid contract role. You will lead application and system implementation projects from planning to completion, develop plans, monitor scope and timelines, and manage client relationships.

You will perform deep-dive data analysis using Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, and VBA, build data models and dashboards, and drive data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and data analysis experience.
• Strong project and stakeholder management experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Advanced Excel experience.
• Microsoft Access and VBA experience.
• SQL skills with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and data modeling experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains with limited prior knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead application and system implementation projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Monitor scope, quality, cost and timelines.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis using Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, and VBA.
• Build data models, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Use Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
• Design and maintain Access databases, queries, and VBA automation.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and performance improvement.
• Identify business gaps and develop data-driven process improvements.
• Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate complex findings into business recommendations.
• Work independently on ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
