Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical delivery leadership experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise architecture and DevOps.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and API design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for BES solutions, aligning with standards and regulatory obligations.
• Direct cross-functional delivery across multiple initiatives and teams.
• Own incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
• Coach engineers and define observability, runbooks, and support procedures.
