Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, operations, program delivery, or product/program management.
• Track record of leading complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex problems and turn strategy into execution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and bias for action.
• Ability to prepare clear, executive-level communications.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives end to end across the Loans Enablement Platform.
• Build clear delivery plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
• Drive execution of strategic, operational, and regulatory priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned and accountable for results.
