We are looking for a Loans Enablement Platform Delivery Lead to help drive high‑impact initiatives across the Loans Enablement Platform. In this role, you will translate strategic priorities into clear plans and work across product, technology, operations, and business teams to move delivery forward. You will be successful if you bring a strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, practical problem solving, and the ability to get things done in a fast‑paced environment.
Base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $220,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Compensation may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
This is an at‑will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base and other discretionary compensation at any time.
